Till now the best kitesurf lessons for me. The instructor was very patient, cares about safety, explains very well. He was always smiling and giving good feedback. Also so nice that everyone is so friendly and helpful. Really good experience. Thank you so much!!
I cannot recommend Damien and his team enough, they are fantastic - very professional, attentive and patient.I had a several beginner wing sessions with Roger who is an amazing teacher. He made me feel save even during more challenging weather conditions and adapted each session to my level of fitness and skill, so that we saw good progress over the days.I hope to be back soon!
This kite boarding school is Amazing!! Damien was fantastic to work with. Rates were VERY reasonable for lessons and supervised rentals. Even with supervised rentals every time I walked back to my starting point Damien was sure to give me helpful tips to work on surfing up wind although he really didn't have to. They provide walkie talkies strapped to helmets and give real time instruction while you are in the water which was tremendously helpful! By the end of 3 days I had started to kite upwind thanks to all the wonderful instruction from Damien! I will definitely be returning to Cabarete and will definitely be renting from Pro Kite Cabarete again for many years to come. I would highly recommend paying them a visit!Jay D. - Atlanta, GA.
I took 2 lessons with Pro Kite Cabarete and I wish I could have taken so many more! Damian, the owner, was very responsive and attentive. Kuba (Jacob) was an incredible instructor! He was patient and respectful of my comfort while also helping me gain noticeable progress within a few hours.Within two days I became comfortable maneuvering and controlling the kite with one hand and we took a shot at upwind body dragging.If you’re in Cabarete you should definitely take a lesson here!
Great experience. Damian is a brilliant teacher with the best attitude. Lessons here may be a little more expensive than other schools but well worth it because a) you wont be charged for set-up/take-down which many other schools do and b) Damian and his instructors are top class and you’ll see faster results. Much recommended!
Ty so much to Damien and his team; safety, patience, flexibility and lots of enthusiasm were key elements during the lessons we took! With 2 teenagers and 2 adults we all had different levels and expectations, Damien and his team did an amazing job. Communication ahead of our trip via WhatsApp to book the lessons and once we were there to coordinate all was a breeze. We highly recommend this school as they really stood out in their thoughtfulness of teaching technique and safety.We will be back!! Ty!
